January 10, 2024: Central Valley, NY 10917 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) and the host Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY), saw Marlboro Central's basketball squad wallop Monroe-Woodbury by a tally of 65-42.
With the victory, Marlboro Central improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Dukes travel to Kingston (Kingston, NY) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Kingston won 53-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY)
Next up, the Crusaders battle the Highland Huskies (Highland, NY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 13. Monroe-Woodbury will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Huskies come into the battle with a 7-2 record after their 67-33 league win over Ellenville (Ellenville, NY).
