The Sand Creek Scorpions basketball team scored 81 points and limited the host Mitchell Marauders to 32 in the Scorpions league triumph on Friday.

The Scorpions now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Widefield for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. Sand Creek will play a Gladiators team coming off a 55-50 non-league win over Pueblo Central (Pueblo, CO). The Gladiators record now stands at 5-5.
