In Friday's league contest, the visiting Monroe Dragons basketball team scored a good 57-40 win over the Oakridge Warriors.

The Dragons (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Waldport (Waldport, OR). The Irish come into the 2A Valley Coast contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Waldport was topped by Reedsport (Reedsport, OR), 42-24, in a league contest.
