Minnesota High School Basketball - Sibley East knocks off St. Clair
January 10, 2025: St. Clair, MN 56080 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Sibley East Wolverines basketball team scored a good 65-47 win over the St. Clair Cyclones.
The Wolverines (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bluejays come into the AA Section 2 contest with a 15-0 record. In their last contest, Waseca defeated Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN), 85-53, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Cyclones battle the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. St. Clair will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Awesome Blossoms come into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 64-61 non-league loss to Triton (Dodge Center, MN).
