Arizona High School Basketball - Kofa holds off Browne
January 10, 2025: Yuma, AZ 85364 The Kofa Kings basketball team scored 36 points and limited the visiting Browne Bruins to 32 in the Kings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Kings now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Maryvale for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Kofa will confront a Panthers team coming off a 41-28 league win over Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Browne falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bruins host Skyline (Mesa, AZ) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Coyotes go into the game with a record of 0-3. Skyline lost 62-23 in their recent non-league game against Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ)
