The Academy of the New Church Lions defeated the host Friends Select basketball squad by a final score of 46-31 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Lions clash with the Life Center Academy Warriors (Burlington, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 14. Academy of the New Church will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 3-6 record after their 52-47 non-league win over Hun (Princeton, NJ).
