Arizona High School Basketball - Notre Dame Prep holds off Desert Mountain

The Notre Dame Prep Saints basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Desert Mountain Wolves to 40 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.

The Saints now have a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. Notre Dame Prep will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 83-19 league win over Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Desert Mountain falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Wolves host Centennial (Peoria, AZ) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. The Coyotes go into the game with a record of 4-11. Centennial lost 60-34 in their recent non-league game against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ)
