January 10, 2025: Big Rapids, MI 49307 The Big Rapids Cardinals ice hockey team scored 7 points and held the visiting Allen Park Jaguars to 1 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Friday.
The Cardinals now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cadillac for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. Big Rapids will encounter a Vikings team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Gaylord (Gaylord, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 6-7.
With the defeat, Allen Park moves to 2-15 on the season. The Jaguars travel to St. Francis (Traverse City, MI) to encounter the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 11. The Gladiators go into the bout with a record of 5-6.
