January 10, 2025: Berkley, MI 48072 Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI) fans exited the stadium happy Friday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the host Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI), 5-2 in a non-league game.
With the win, Lakeland improves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Eagles host South Lyon (South Lyon, MI) to clash with the Lions in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. The Lions enter the game with a record of 5-12.
The Bears now sport a 9-3 record. They play next when they host Lake Orion for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. Berkley will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 3-7.
