California High School Soccer - Mt. Carmel knocks off Coronado
January 10, 2025: San Diego, CA 92129 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA), saw Mt. Carmel's soccer squad prevail over Coronado by a score of 4-0.
The Sundevils (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Escondido (Escondido, CA). The Cougars enter the battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Escondido by Ramona (Ramona, CA), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Islanders confront the Madison Warhawks (San Diego, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, January 14. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Warhawks enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 1-1 non-league Chula Vista Learning Community Charter (San Diego, CA).
