The Mt. Vernon Mustangs basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Beckman Trailblazers to 46 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Solon for a WAMAC - East contest on Friday, January 14.
