January 11, 2022: Houston, TX 77044 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX) and the host King Panthers (Houston, TX), saw West Brook's basketball squad knock off King by a count of 45-31.
With the victory, West Brook upgrades its record to 19-5 on the campaign. The Bruins host Atascocita (Humble, TX) to play the Eagles in a 6A Region III District 21 challenge on Friday, January 14. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 21-5. Atascocita won 73-53 in their recent league challenge against North Shore (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Panthers play the Humble Wildcats (Humble, TX) in a 6A Region III District 21 challenge, on Friday, January 14. King will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 79-48 league loss to Summer Creek (Houston, TX).
