Linden-McKinley Panthers (Columbus, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Whetstone Braves (Columbus, OH), 75-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Linden-McKinley upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Mifflin (Columbus, OH) to play the Punchers in a Columbus City - North bout on Friday, January 14. The Punchers go into the bout with a record of 5-5.

Next up, the Braves play the Northland Vikings (Columbus, OH) in a Columbus City - North bout, on Thursday, January 13. Whetstone will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 64-58 league loss to Beechcroft (Columbus, OH).
