The Simpson Broncos basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Pleasant Hill Eagles to 36 in the Broncos league triumph on Tuesday.

The Broncos now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ebarb for a C District 3 contest on Thursday, January 13.

The Eagles (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA). The Hornets enter the C District 3 contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Hornbeck was nudged by Hicks (Leesville, LA), 59-42, in a league contest.
