The Mustangs now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rossville for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 13. Valley Heights will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 51-45 non-league loss to Rock Creek (St. George, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Beloit (Beloit, KS). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Beloit was overwhelmed by Chapman (Chapman, KS), 41-30, in a non-league battle.
