Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA) in a Diablo challenge, on Thursday, January 13. Las Lomas will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Minutemen enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 1-1 league Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA).

The Dons now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ygnacio Valley for a Diablo challenge on Thursday, January 13. Acalanes will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
