The Carver High School of Engineering & Science basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Vaux Big Picture to 68 in the non-league victory on Wednesday.

The now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paul Robeson for a Philadelphia Public - Liberty contest on Thursday, January 12. Carver High School of Engineering & Science will battle a Huskies team coming off a 61-55 league loss to Boys' Latin Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 6-7.

The (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Belmont Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Belmont Charter was nudged by Franklin Learning Center (Philadelphia, PA), 42-34, in a league contest.
