The Manchester Valley Mavericks basketball team (Manchester, MD), was overwhelmed 65-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines (Baltimore, MD)

The Wolverines now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Overlea for a Baltimore County 2 battle on Friday, January 13. Western Tech & Environmental Science will confront a Falcons team coming off a 64-48 league win over Franklin (Reisterstown, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 7-4.
