Alaska High School Basketball - Chugiak falls to Thunder Mountain
January 11, 2023: Chugiak, AK 99567 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Thunder Mountain Falcons basketball team scored a good 47-38 triumph over the Chugiak Mustangs.
In their next game, the Falcons meet the Monroe Catholic Rams (Fairbanks, AK) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 12. Thunder Mountain will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 43-29 non-league win over Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK).
With the defeat, Chugiak moves to 1-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Bartlett (Anchorage, AK) to meet the Golden Bears in a 4A Cook Inlet match on Friday, January 13. The Golden Bears enter the match with a record of 0-2. Bartlett lost 53-32 in their recent non-league match against Ketchikan (Ketchikan, AK)
