Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Skyline can't get by Northwest
January 11, 2023: Jackson, MI 49201 Northwest Mounties (Jackson, MI) fans left the game thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting Skyline Eagles (Ann Arbor, MI), 1-0 in a non-league match.
The Mounties (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Bedford (Bedford, NH). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Bedford was nipped by Concord (Concord, NH), 13-3, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 16. Skyline will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Tars enter the match with a 6-6 record after their 7-1 league loss to L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI).
