January 11, 2023: Coconut Creek, FL 33073 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Monarch Knights (Coconut Creek, FL), by a margin of 52-25.
The Trojans (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Stranahan (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Mighty Dragons go into the non-league outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Stranahan was trounced by Pembroke Pines Charter (Pembroke Pines, FL), 60-48, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress Bay for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 17. Monarch will encounter a Lightning squad coming off a 80-30 non-league win over South Broward (Hollywood, FL). The Lightning record now stands at 6-3.
