Maryland High School Basketball - Boonsboro overwhelmed by Middletown
January 11, 2024: Boonsboro, MD 21713 The Middletown Knights basketball team scored 86 points and restricted the host Boonsboro Warriors to 45 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linganore for a CMC contest on Friday, January 12. Middletown will battle a Lancers team coming off a 56-49 league win over Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Lancers record now stands at 7-5.
The Warriors (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD). The Rebels come into the CMC contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, South Hagerstown triumphed over Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD), 45-37, in a league contest.
