Iowa High School Basketball - Dike-New Hartford nips West Fork
January 11, 2024: Dike, IA 50624 Dike-New Hartford Wolverines (Dike, IA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting West Fork Warhawks (Sheffield, IA), 57-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dike-New Hartford upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Denver (Denver, IA) to play the Cyclones in a North Iowa Cedar - East bout on Friday, January 12. The Cyclones go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Denver lost 63-52 in their recent league bout against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA)
Next up, the Warhawks play the Rockford Warriors (Rockford, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. West Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record.
