January 11, 2024: Minneota, MN 56264 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Minneota Vikings (Minneota, MN) and the visiting Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN), saw Minneota's basketball squad wallop Dawson-Boyd by a tally of 76-49.
With the victory, Minneota improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN) to play the Knights in a A Section 3 challenge on Monday, January 15. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.
Next up, the Blackjacks play the Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda Coyotes (Okabena, MN) in a A Section 3 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Dawson-Boyd will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 87-21 league loss to Murray County Central (Slayton, MN).
