With the victory, Evans upgrades its record to 11-17 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Merryville (Merryville, LA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 15-8.
Next up, the Tigers play the Winnfield Tigers (Winnfield, LA) in a 2A District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Many will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 59-21 league win over Red River (Coushatta, LA).
