South Dakota High School Basketball - Milbank overwhelms Redfield
January 11, 2024: Milbank, SD 57252 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Milbank Bulldogs (Milbank, SD) and the visiting Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD), saw Milbank's basketball squad wallop Redfield by a tally of 52-17.
With the victory, Milbank improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD) to confront the Quarriers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Quarriers come into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Dell Rapids lost 63-30 in their recent league challenge against Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD)
Next up, the Pheasants confront the Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Redfield will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
