January 11, 2024: Center Point, TX 78010 St. Anthony Yellowjackets (San Antonio, TX) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Center Point Pirates (Center Point, TX), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellowjackets confront the St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX) in a Division 2 District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. St. Anthony will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Flyers enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Palacios (Palacios, TX).
The Pirates now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 17.
