In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Lake Fenton Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 54-41 triumph over the Bendle Tigers.

The Blue Devils (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kearsley (Flint, MI). The Hornets go into the Flint Metro contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Kearsley topped Holly (Holly, MI), 82-74, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Bentley Bulldogs (Burton, MI) in a Genesee Area - Red contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Bendle will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 6-5 record after their 74-35 league loss to Hamady (Flint, MI).
