Maine High School Basketball - Biddeford nudges Mt. Ararat
January 11, 2025: Biddeford, ME 04005 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME) and the visiting Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME), observed Biddeford's basketball team edge Mt. Ararat by a score of 62-55.
The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME). The Scots come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Bonny Eagle was tipped by Deering (Portland, ME), 51-46, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME) in a A South challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Mt. Ararat will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Messalonskee (Oakland, ME).
