January 11, 2025: Faribault, MN 55021 The John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN) basketball crushed the host Faribault Falcons (Faribault, MN), 66-40 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Rockets now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mayo for a AAAA Section 1 bout on Tuesday, January 14. John Marshall will play a Spartans team coming off a 81-68 league win over Century (Rochester, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Faribault falls to 8-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Albert Lea lost 87-64 in their recent league bout against St. Charles (St. Charles, MN)
