In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Natomas Nighthawks basketball team scored a good 63-53 win over the Grant Pacers.

The Nighthawks (11-5) will now prepare for their contest against Woodland (Woodland, CA). The Wolves come into the Golden Empire League contest with a 4-8 record.

In their next game, the Pacers battle the West Park Panthers (Roseville, CA) in a Metropolitan Conference contest, on Monday, January 13. Grant will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 10-8 record after their 67-61 league loss to Antelope (Antelope, CA).
