New Jersey High School Basketball - Howell knocks off St. John-Vianney
January 11, 2025: Holmdel, NJ 07733 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ) and the host St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ), observed Howell's basketball team overcome St. John-Vianney by a margin of 59-50.
The Rebels (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Point Pleasant Boro dropped by Manasquan (Manasquan, NJ), 63-19, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lancers battle the Pioneer Academy Eagles (Wayne, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 13. St. John-Vianney will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record.
