January 11, 2025: Kiefer, OK 74041 Kiefer Trojans (Kiefer, OK) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Purcell Dragons (Purcell, OK), 67-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Kiefer advances its record to 10-1 on the year. The Trojans host Coweta (Coweta, OK) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, January 11. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-6.
The Dragons now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pauls Valley for a Canadian Valley match on Tuesday, January 14. Purcell will face a Panthers squad coming off a 50-37 league loss to Lindsay (Lindsay, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.
