California High School Basketball - Liberty triumphant over Rancho Mirage
January 11, 2025: Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA) and the host Rancho Mirage Rattlers (Rancho Mirage, CA), observed Liberty's basketball team overwhelm Rancho Mirage by a score of 60-21.
The Bison (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA). The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Canyon Springs was routed by Orange Vista (Perris, CA), 63-24, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rattlers encounter the Shadow Hills Knights (Indio, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Rancho Mirage will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 50-36 league loss to Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA).
