January 11, 2025: Altoona, PA 16602 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) and the visiting Trinity Shamrocks (Camp Hill, PA), observed Bishop Guilfoyle's basketball team knock off Trinity by a score of 68-50.
The Marauders (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Golden Tigers come into the Laurel Highlands challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Hollidaysburg prevailed over Central (Martinsburg, PA), 51-20, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Shamrocks encounter the Camp Hill Lions (Camp Hill, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Capital challenge, on Monday, January 13. Trinity will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 45-28 league win over Steelton-Highspire (Steelton, PA).
