Georgia High School Basketball - Southeast Bulloch knocked off by Bulloch Academy
January 11, 2025: Brooklet, GA 30415 In Saturday's non-league test, the Bulloch Academy Gators (Statesboro, GA) basketball squad knocked off the host Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA), by a score of 37-21.
Next, the Gators encounter the Pinewood Christian Patriots (Bellville, GA) in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 2 test, on Tuesday, January 14. Bulloch Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 8-6 record after their 35-20 league win over St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA).
The Yellow Jackets (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Groves (Garden City, GA). The Rebels come into the AAA Region 3 test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Groves was knocked off by Beach (Savannah, GA), 45-41, in a non-league test.
