Virginia High School Basketball - Pallotti bests Freedom
January 11, 2025: Woodbridge, VA 22191 The Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD) basketball toppled the host Freedom Eagles (Woodbridge, VA), 49-29 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Mt. Zion Prep Academy for a National Independent - North bout on Wednesday, January 15. Pallotti will play a Warriors team coming off a 70-61 league win over Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Warriors record now stands at 15-5.
With the loss, Freedom falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Patriot (Nokesville, VA) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 13. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Patriot lost 80-36 in their recent non-league contest against Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA)
