Illinois High School Basketball - Hall nips Serena
January 11, 2025: Spring Valley, IL 61362 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Hall Red Devils basketball team scored a close 45-41 win over the Serena Huskers.
The Red Devils (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL). The Cavaliers come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, LaSalle-Peru was tipped by Galesburg (Galesburg, IL), 49-14, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Huskers battle the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans (Aurora, IL) in a Little Ten contest, on Monday, January 13. Serena will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record. The Titans come into the contest with a 3-6 record after their 45-11 non-league loss to Rosary (Aurora, IL).
