Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard West holds off Riverdale Ridge

The Millard West Wildcats basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Riverdale Ridge Ravens to 41 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now have a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Marian for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Millard West will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 46-36 non-league loss to Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Riverdale Ridge falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Ravens host Westminster (Westminster, CO) to confront the Wolves in a 6A/5A/4A Rocky Mountain game on Tuesday, January 14. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 7-4. Westminster won 66-26 in their recent non-league game against Pomona (Arvada, CO)
