January 11, 2025: Southlake, TX 76092 The Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Weatherford Kangaroos (Weatherford, TX), 6-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Dragons now hold a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Byron Nelson for a 6A Region 1 District 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 14. Southlake Carroll will encounter a Bobcat squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Bobcat record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Weatherford moves to 3-2 on the year. The Kangaroos host Decatur (Decatur, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 14. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Decatur 4-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Nimitz (Irving, TX)
