The Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders basketball team scored 92 points and held the visiting Palmerton Blue Bombers to 39 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catasauqua for a non-league contest on Friday, January 14. Notre Dame-Green Pond will battle a Rough Riders team coming off a 60-31 league loss to Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Rough Riders record now stands at 0-10.

The Blue Bombers (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA). The Green Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Pen Argyl was routed by Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA), 59-32, in a non-league contest.
