Wisconsin High School Basketball - Academy of Excellence ripped by St. Joseph
January 12, 2023: Kenosha, WI 53143 The St. Joseph Lancers basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Academy of Excellence Warriors to 30 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lancers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Thomas More for a Metro Classic contest on Saturday, January 14. St. Joseph will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 68-40 league win over Catholic Central (Burlington, WI). The Cavaliers record now stands at 8-2.
The Warriors (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Wisconsin School for the Deaf (Delavan, WI). The Firebirds enter the Indian Trails contest with a 2-8 record.
