Minnesota High School Basketball - Blackduck nips Badger/Greenbush-Middle River
January 12, 2023: Blackduck, MN 56630 Blackduck Drakes (Blackduck, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN), 61-58 in a league bout.
With the win, Blackduck upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Drakes travel to Pine River-Backus (Pine River, MN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Pine River-Backus lost 79-59 in their recent non-league bout against Cass Lake-Bena (Cass Lake, MN)
Next up, the Gators play the Roseau Rams (Roseau, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Badger/Greenbush-Middle River will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record.
