Washington High School Basketball - Jefferson trounces Evergreen
January 12, 2023: Auburn, WA 98001 The Jefferson Raiders (Auburn, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Evergreen Wolverines (Seattle, WA), 69-31 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Raiders (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Federal Way (Federal Way, WA). The Eagles go into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound match with a 13-1 record. In their last match, Federal Way crushed Kentlake (Kent, WA), 101-38, in a league match.
With the defeat, Evergreen moves to 3-9 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Summit Classical Christian School (Bellevue, WA) to meet the Archers in a non-league match on Friday, January 13. The Archers enter the match with a record of 9-0. Summit Classical Christian School won 70-51 in their recent league match against Pacific Christian Academy (Federal Way, WA)
