January 12, 2023: Fairbanks, AK 99709 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the West Valley Wolf Pack (Fairbanks, AK) and the visiting Nome-Beltz Nanooks (Nome, AK), saw West Valley's basketball squad wallop Nome-Beltz by a tally of 69-47.
With the victory, West Valley improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Wolf Pack travel to Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK) to confront the Malemutes in a 4A Mid Alaska challenge on Friday, January 13. The Malemutes come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Lathrop won 83-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Ben Eielson (Eielson AFB, AK)
Next up, the Nanooks confront the Ben Eielson Ravens (Eielson AFB, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. Nome-Beltz will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Ravens come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 83-37 non-league loss to Lathrop (Fairbanks, AK).
