January 12, 2023: Meriden, CT 06451 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Bristol Eastern Lancers (Bristol, CT) and the host Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT), saw Bristol Eastern's basketball squad wallop Platt by a tally of 65-37.
With the victory, Bristol Eastern improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Lancers host Bristol Central (Bristol, CT) to play the Rams in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial challenge on Monday, January 16. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 7-2.
Next up, the Panthers play the Bloomfield Warhawks (Bloomfield, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 20. Platt will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record.
