January 12, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85105 Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting McClintock Chargers (Tempe, AZ), 2-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Metro Tech will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 6-4 league loss to North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ).
The Chargers now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tempe for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. McClintock will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ). The Buffaloes record now stands at 3-3.
