The Clovis Wildcats felled the host Portales Rams basketball squad by a margin of 60-48 in Friday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, Organ Mountain thwarted Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 50-44, in a non-league test.

The Rams now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Texico for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16.
