Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Crossett Eagles (Crossett, AR), 63-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Mills University Studies upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Comets host Stuttgart (Stuttgart, AR) to play the Ricebirds in a 4A Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Ricebirds go into the bout with a record of 4-13.

Next up, the Eagles play the Monticello Billies (Monticello, AR) in a 4A Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Crossett will attempt to upgrade on its 5-15 season record.
