New York High School Basketball - East Rochester fells North Rose-Wolcott
January 12, 2024: Wolcott, NY 14590 East Rochester Bombers (East Rochester, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host North Rose-Wolcott Cougars (Wolcott, NY), 55-39 in a league bout.
With the win, East Rochester upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Bombers host Red Creek (Red Creek, NY) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 16. The Rams enter the game with a record of 4-6. Red Creek won 66-31 in their recent league game against Clyde-Savannah (Clyde, NY)
With the defeat, North Rose-Wolcott moves to 4-9 on the year. The Cougars travel to Gananda Central (Walworth, NY) to face the Blue Panthers in a Section 5 Wayne game on Wednesday, January 31. The Blue Panthers enter the game with a record of 9-4.
